3. Unsolicited Submissions

Crew Rotation does not accept unsolicited confidential or proprietary submissions except at its own discretion.

If you choose to send unsolicited materials to Crew Rotation, including but not limited to ideas, concepts, proposals, product suggestions, strategic plans, branding concepts, business opportunities, investment materials, scripts, designs, or other creative or commercial content, you do so at your own risk.

Unless covered by a separate signed written agreement, any unsolicited submission shall be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary as between you and Crew Rotation.

5. Permitted Internal Handling of Submissions

Crew Rotation may internally review, route, retain, copy, archive, summarize, analyze, discuss, or share submitted materials with:

  • directors;
  • officers;
  • employees;
  • contractors;
  • legal counsel;
  • compliance advisers;
  • insurers;
  • accountants;
  • consultants;
  • technical advisers; and
  • other professional or operational representatives,

to the extent reasonably necessary for internal evaluation, legal review, compliance review, security review, business consideration, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, or protection of company interests.

7. Confidential Submissions by Prior Written Agreement Only

If you wish to submit materials on a confidential basis, do not send them unless and until an appropriate written confidentiality agreement or NDA has been executed by an authorised representative of Crew Rotation.

Where a separate signed written confidentiality agreement exists, the handling of the covered materials will be governed by that agreement and not by this Policy to the extent of any inconsistency.

9. Sensitive, Personal, and Regulated Information

You should not send Crew Rotation highly sensitive, privileged, regulated, medical, financial-account, or legally protected information unless clearly necessary and unless an appropriate legal or confidentiality framework is in place.

If you nevertheless send such materials without a prior signed agreement, Crew Rotation may handle them in accordance with its legal, compliance, privacy, and recordkeeping obligations, but does not accept any broader confidentiality obligation beyond those imposed by applicable law.

11. Accuracy and Authority

By submitting any materials to Crew Rotation, you represent and warrant that:

  • you have the right to submit the materials;
  • the submission does not violate any law, confidentiality duty, court order, or third-party right;
  • the materials are not knowingly false, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing; and
  • you have authority to act on behalf of any person, company, or entity you purport to represent.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

To the extent a submission contains personal information, such information will be handled in accordance with our applicable Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and legal obligations, except that nothing in those policies creates a broader confidentiality obligation for unsolicited submissions than the one described in this Policy.

15. Jurisdiction and Venue

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy or any submission to Crew Rotation shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Crew Rotation reserves the right to seek protective, injunctive, or equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its confidential information, legal interests, systems, records, or intellectual property.

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Policy is intended to clarify how Crew Rotation handles unsolicited and solicited submissions, including business proposals, investor materials, strategic concepts, product ideas, pitch decks, documents, attachments, messages, and other materials sent to us.

By submitting any materials to Crew Rotation, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy unless a separate written confidentiality agreement, non-disclosure agreement, or other signed written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

2. No Implied Confidential Relationship

Sending us any email, message, document, file, proposal, concept, business plan, investor presentation, pitch deck, idea, attachment, or other material does not by itself create:

  • a confidential relationship;
  • a fiduciary relationship;
  • an attorney-client relationship;
  • an advisory relationship;
  • a partnership or joint venture;
  • any duty to review, respond to, retain, return, or act on the submission; or
  • any obligation on the part of Crew Rotation to keep the submission confidential.

No confidentiality obligation arises unless Crew Rotation has expressly agreed to such obligation in a separate written agreement signed by an authorised representative of Crew Rotation.

4. No Obligation to Review or Respond

Crew Rotation has no obligation to:

  • review any submission;
  • acknowledge receipt;
  • evaluate any idea, proposal, or opportunity;
  • provide comments or feedback;
  • enter into discussions or negotiations;
  • return submitted materials; or
  • explain why any submission is rejected, ignored, or not pursued.

Any review, discussion, acknowledgment, or silence by Crew Rotation shall not create any obligation, waiver, admission, or continuing duty.

6. No Compensation or Rights Granted

By sending any submission to Crew Rotation, you agree that, unless otherwise expressly agreed in a separate written contract signed by Crew Rotation:

  • you are not entitled to compensation, reimbursement, royalties, fees, or credit;
  • you are not entitled to any ownership interest, license, or participation right;
  • Crew Rotation is not restricted from independently developing, acquiring, using, evaluating, or commercializing ideas, concepts, materials, or opportunities that may be similar or identical to the subject matter of your submission; and
  • no joint development, partnership, investment, or transaction is created merely by your submission.

8. Business, Investor, and Partnership Communications

Communications relating to investment, financing, partnerships, strategic alliances, acquisitions, licensing, branding, media, or commercial opportunities may be reviewed by Crew Rotation for business purposes. However:

  • receipt of such materials does not create any offer, acceptance, obligation, or commitment;
  • no investment solicitation or offer is made unless expressly stated in formal written documentation;
  • no partnership or business relationship is created unless and until a separate written agreement is executed; and
  • Crew Rotation reserves the right to decline, ignore, defer, or discontinue communications at any time.

10. Retention and Recordkeeping

Crew Rotation may retain submissions and related communications for business, compliance, legal, evidentiary, security, dispute-resolution, archival, and recordkeeping purposes.

Crew Rotation is under no obligation to delete, return, or destroy submitted materials except as required by applicable law or by a separate written agreement expressly requiring such action.

12. Reservation of Rights

Crew Rotation reserves all rights with respect to all submissions, communications, and related interactions. Nothing in this Policy limits any legal rights, remedies, claims, defenses, privileges, or protections available to Crew Rotation under applicable law.

14. Governing Law

This Policy and any dispute arising out of or relating to submissions made to Crew Rotation or this Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent superseded by mandatory applicable law.

16. Changes to This Policy

Crew Rotation may revise this Submission & Confidentiality Policy at any time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
