3. Submitting a Copyright / DMCA Complaint
If you believe in good faith that material available on or through our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice containing the following:
- your full legal name and contact information;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the website, with sufficient detail for us to locate it;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

5. Other Intellectual Property Complaints
If your complaint concerns other intellectual property or proprietary rights, including design rights, unfair competition, passing off, false endorsement, misappropriation, or unauthorized use of proprietary materials, you may submit a written notice with sufficient detail for evaluation.
Crew Rotation may request additional information before taking action.
7. Counter-Notice Process
If material is removed or disabled in response to a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice to Crew Rotation.
A counter-notice should include:
- your full legal name and contact information;
- identification of the material removed or disabled and its prior location;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- a statement that the information in the counter-notice is accurate; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
Where applicable, Crew Rotation may review the counter-notice and take such action as it deems appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.
9. No Waiver of Rights
Nothing in this Policy shall be construed as:
- an admission of infringement;
- an acceptance of any legal claim;
- a waiver of any defense, privilege, or remedy;
- a concession regarding ownership, validity, priority, fair use, nominative use, descriptive use, or lawful use; or
- an agreement to remove or restrict any material in the absence of a legally sufficient basis.
All rights are expressly reserved.
11. Preservation of Records
Crew Rotation may preserve complaints, counter-notices, correspondence, metadata, and related records for legal, evidentiary, compliance, security, and recordkeeping purposes.
12. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent superseded by mandatory applicable law.

1. Purpose of This Policy
Crew Rotation respects intellectual property rights and expects others to do the same. This Policy describes the process for submitting notices concerning:
- alleged copyright infringement;
- DMCA takedown requests;
- trademark infringement;
- unauthorized use of branding, logos, or commercial identity;
- false association, impersonation, or passing off;
- unauthorized reproduction of text, graphics, documents, or other materials;
- misuse of Crew Rotation intellectual property; and
- other alleged infringements of intellectual property or proprietary rights.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to complaints concerning content or materials appearing on, linked from, or associated with the Crew Rotation website and related digital channels to the extent controlled by Crew Rotation.
This Policy does not determine the merits of any claim automatically. Receipt of a complaint does not mean Crew Rotation accepts the claim as valid.
4. Submitting a Trademark or Brand Complaint
If you believe that content associated with Crew Rotation infringes your trademark, trade name, logo, trade dress, brand rights, or other source-identifying rights, please provide a written notice containing:
- your full legal name and contact information;
- identification of the mark or rights you claim;
- the registration number or legal basis for your rights, where applicable;
- the country or jurisdiction of protection, where applicable;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location;
- a description of why you believe the use is infringing, misleading, confusing, unauthorized, or unlawful; and
- any supporting documentation reasonably necessary to evaluate the complaint.

6. Review and Response Process
Upon receipt of a complaint, Crew Rotation may:
- acknowledge receipt;
- review the complaint internally;
- request further information or documentation;
- consult legal or other professional advisers;
- contact the complaining party;
- contact the user or party associated with the disputed material, if applicable;
- remove, restrict, preserve, or disable access to the disputed material on a temporary or permanent basis; or
- decline to act where the complaint is incomplete, unsupported, abusive, or not legally sufficient.
Crew Rotation reserves the right to determine the appropriate response in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
8. False, Misleading, or Abusive Complaints
Any person submitting a complaint or counter-notice must do so truthfully and in good faith.
Crew Rotation reserves the right to reject, ignore, or challenge complaints that appear to be:
- knowingly false;
- misleading;
- incomplete;
- abusive;
- harassing;
- made in bad faith; or
- unsupported by a reasonable legal basis.
Crew Rotation further reserves all rights in respect of any damage, cost, disruption, or legal exposure caused by false or abusive notices.
10. PETAR LJUBIC Mark and Related Brand Rights
The PETAR LJUBIC mark and associated commercial identity rights are owned by Crew Rotation Inc.
Crew Rotation Inc. uses and authorises the use of the PETAR LJUBIC mark in connection with apparel, books, branded merchandise, media, and related commercial and promotional activities, including through petarljubic.com and associated business channels.
Complaints relating to unauthorized use, imitation, dilution, misappropriation, false association, or confusing use of the PETAR LJUBIC mark or associated brand identity should be submitted under this Policy to legal@crewrotation.com.
13. Venue and Jurisdiction
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy or any complaint submitted under it shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, without prejudice to Crew Rotation’s right to seek relief in any other competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, legal interests, or rights.
